We have reserved a certain number of rooms at the hotel for the
Sue Thomas F.B.Eye Fan Convention. They have offered us a very attractive
rate, but rooms are limited, and the cut-off date to be eligible
for this discount is August 21, 2007. After this date, the hotel
will still accept reservations, but the regular rate will apply,
according to availability.
Everyone has to book their own room, preferably using the internet
reservation system on the Delta website. All guests are responsible
for their entire stay, and all the charges associated with their
room.

All guest room rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently

Reservations will be held until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival unless
guaranteed by a credit card or one night's deposit.
