As mentioned on the home page, registration is mandatory. There
are many things we need to plan ahead of time, and we cannot allow
ourselves to "guess" how many people will show up. Registrations
are not refundable, and cannot be transferred to someone else. However,
if for any reason you cannot attend the Convention, please let us
know as soon as possible. We will gather the items handed out to
everyone during the weekend, and we will mail them to you after
the Convention.
Once we receive your registration, we will send you a receipt by
email. Registrations are open until February 5, 2009, unless we
reach capacity before that. Capacity is limited to 100 persons,
and we'll let you know how it progresses.
The best way to register is using PayPal. It's quick, easy and
safe. The PayPal website is secure, and we will never get to know
your credit card information. Another good reason to use PayPal
is that your registration has no chance of getting lost in the mail
- we'll receive it instantly! All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Now, let's answer a few questions
Q. What is included in the registration fee?
A. Access to all the activities, the welcome package, the special buffet rate on Friday, the transportation to and from the Distillery District on Sunday and the various items handed out during the Convention.
Q. What is the special buffet rate?
A. We have negotiated a special rate for you, for the Friday night get-together. This special will be honoured with the presentation of a voucher, only on Friday February 20, 2009, with the Sue Thomas F.B.Eye Fan Convention group. You will only have to pay $10 for the buffet (regular price $28.16, including taxes and gratuities). Beverages and extras are not included in the deal and are at the charge of the client.
Q. What is not included in the registration fee?
A. Your hotel room, meals, any tourist activities you may want to
do during your stay in Toronto, etc.
Q. What are the PayPal fees mentioned above?
A. On each payment, PayPal charges a transaction fee to the person
who receives the payment - a little over 3% of the total amount
transferred. This may not seem a lot for one person, but with dozens
of registrations, it becomes quite important. Our objective is not
to make profits with the registrations, but simply to cover all
the expenses related to the Convention. Think about it: you might
pay a little extra with PayPal, but you don't have to pay for the
envelope, the stamp and the money order - it's still a very good
deal. Thank you for your understanding.
Please enter your real name and email address in the fields below,
because you will need a valid ID to get your badge at the Convention.
Then, you can enter the name you prefer on your badge - it can be
your given name, your screen name, or any other nickname you like;
the choice is up to you. Then click on the "Add to cart"
button. A new window will open to complete the transaction on the
secure site of PayPal.
If you have any question, do not hesitate and contact
us.
See you soon!
